RF Engineering Technician, through SR Level RF Microwave Technician. This

with venders and customers, to solve Engineering problems. Acquired (External)
proprietary technical documentation (for CDMA, TDMA, GSM, AMPS, phones.
Telematics related). As Wireless Administrator (Manager), was responsible for
corporate cellular phones and service, negotiated for better service and lower
cost, on the (Started with 100) 30 lines, and 5 different providers.

pre-production/engineering prototypes. Worked on all the boards in a wireless,
four-channel T1, 2.4 (S-Band) and 5.7 (C-Band) GHz, direct-sequence spread
spectrum radio system. Primarily responsible for the modem, spreader/despreader,
power supply/ regulator boards and for the Microwave plate assembly (Deck),
and final and burn-in test, debug/repair.
- Created test macros on HP network & spectrum analyzers, to improve
test process.
- Made suggestions that improved the quality, and the ability to
manufacture and test, the product.
- Updated, and created, test documentation to comply with an ISO-9000
-compliant quality system.
- Trained new personal how to test and troubleshoot the product.

Radio Technician, (March 1997 - June 1997): Repaired, tuned, and
tested; Motorola, GE, Uniden, and others. Troubleshot, debugged, and repaired
of RF, analog and digital circuits to the component level. Built and turned
up, Motorola Repeaters. This included optimizing the radio, diplexer tuning,
and controller, to ensure maximum system performance.

rate, to more than 90% passing.

testing process.
